My Review
KitchenAid's Cook Processor takes their food processor expertise and adds heating. It's not trying to be a Thermomix, it's unapologetically a serious food processor that can also cook.
The 4L bowl is larger than most alternatives. The 20 preset programs cover serious cooking tasks from soups to sauces to doughs. The 850W motor has genuine grunt, and the temperature range from 40 to 110 degrees handles proper cooking. Where it shines is food processing. If you're already someone who uses a food processor regularly, the cooking capability becomes genuinely useful rather than gimmicky.
At $849, it's not cheap. It's not trying to replace Thermomix entirely. But if you already respect KitchenAid's brand and want serious food processor capability with cooking, this delivers. The 3-year warranty and KitchenAid's reputation for longevity matter. It's a processor first, cooker second, and honest about that distinction.
