What to email about

  • Found an error in a rating or spec? Please tell me. I will check, and if you are right, I will fix it and credit you if you want.
  • Product I should review? Suggest it. I keep a running list and work through the Australian-available ones first.
  • Press, affiliate, or partnership enquiries? I'm part of the eBay Partner Network and the Amazon Associates Programme, and may add other affiliate networks in future. I do not accept payment to change a rating or review order. If you ask, I will say no.
  • Brand or PR sending products? I am happy to look at things, but I will not guarantee a review and I will not promise a rating. If I take it, I disclose it.
  • General feedback or complaints? Those are welcome too. I will not reply to abuse, but I will reply to honest criticism.

What I will not do

Because I get asked a lot:

  • I do not write sponsored reviews disguised as independent ones.
  • I do not remove negative reviews in exchange for money.
  • I do not let brands vet content before publication.
  • I do not sell my mailing list, because I do not have one.

If any of that changes, I will say so on this page before it does. That is the deal.

Response time

I aim for 48 hours on weekdays. If it is urgent or it is a fact correction on a live review, say so in the subject line and I will prioritise it.
