The two key pressure washer specs are PSI (pounds per square inch, the pressure) and flow rate (litres per minute, the volume of water). Cleaning power is the combination, often expressed as cleaning units (CU = PSI x flow rate). PSI alone is misleading because high-pressure low-flow units feel weak; high-flow low-pressure units feel weak too. The combination matters.
